Here's where to check - either: Ctrl+Shift+a (Mac: Command+Shift+a) '3-bar' menu button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons. If LastPass is one of those second kinds of extensions, you won't need to reinstall it, just reactivate it. This may help others if they have the same issue with Lastpass and Kaspersky. When you start up after the Refresh, Firefox should rediscover them and ask you whether you want to activate them. The other PC uses Kaspersky Security Cloud Free and there is no problem there so I'm assuming there was/is an issue with Kasperky Free AV using the certificate store. Opening Kaspersky I then went to Security Settings/Network Settings and turned off the Mozilla Firefox and Thunderbird certificate store which was set to use the Windows certificate store (recommended) and the Account Options now works. Passbolt simplifies password management, helps prevent data loss, stores data securely and enables secure. 2) I have uninstalled the plugins from all three browsers and reinstalled with no change at all. So this was solved but I couldn't then open the Account Options. The open source password manager for teams. So 1) Extensions do not load after repeated attempts on all of the mentioned browsers. I restarted the PC along with Kaspersky and I could login and open the vault. I exited Kaspersky then uninstalled the reinstalled Firefox the tried an the Lastpass logged in and opened. I don't know what caused it but assume it was an overnite Kaspersky database update. The fault lies not with Firefox but with Kaspersky Free AV. I Haven't had any replies as yet but have found the problem after comparing the setup on another PC.
